• What type of phone system(s) do you offer? Manufacturers?
  Nortel, Avaya, Toshiba, Telrad and NEC
• What type of instllation services and support do you provide?
  All installation service include relocation/installations of all hardware and complete system programming and training. Pioneers Unlimited is on call 24/7 for all our new and existing customers. Customers do not need a service contract to receive service after hours as well as weekend and holidays.
• How do you charge for your services?
  Pioneers unlimited charges $135.00 for the first hour and $100.00 for each additional hour. Normal business hours are from 9a.m to 5p.m Monday-Friday. Overtime rate is 1.5 the normal rate per hour before 9a.m and after 5p.m Monday-Friday. Emergency service for Saturday is 1.5 the normal service rate and a 4 hour minimum. Sunday and all bank holidays are 2.0 the normal rate with a 4 hour minimum
