Down In The Weeds (Duties & Responsibilities):
Analyze customer behavior and provide useful insight to all campaign managers
Analyze performance and fine tune existing campaigns (e.g. messaging, landing pages, bids, position, etc.)
Manage and grow existing campaigns (e.g. Paid campaigns on Google, Yahoo and MSN)
Copy write and test text ads for various online campaigns
Conduct keyword research and launch new campaigns
Provide monthly performance reports along with web analytics facts & figures
Keep abreast with the industry and bring innovation/creativity to improve performance
The Skeleton (Required Experience & Characteristics):
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Management Science, Computer Information Systems, Marketing or Business or some combination of both
2 to 3 years of marketing experience desired
Good with MS Office: Excel; Can build models for analysis
Strong analytical skills to monitor, track and assess success of various campaigns.
Knowledgeable with the workings of Internet Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Understanding of relational databases and working knowledge of SQL a plus
A self starter with high level of energy and motivation.
