  We will always do our utmost to ensure the clients expectations have been met and hopefully excceded. In our 25 years of catering, we have not yet experienced an unsatisfied customer.
• What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
  We cater all types of cuisine. If there is something that has been requested that we do not feel comfortable with we will arrange for a specialist to aid us in that area. We have quite an extensive repetoire as we have catered Internationally over the last 10 years.
• Do you make wedding cakes?
  No we have an exceptional baker we use, but if the client has someone in particular they prefer that is fine also.
• Can we sample the food first?
  Yes this can be arranged.
• Do you have a sample menu?
  We have a variety of menus on our web-site, however we do prefer to customize each menu to the function unless a particular menu is specifically requested.
• What is the average cost per person?
  This really varies according to function.
• What is your delivery charge?
  Depends on how far away from the kitchen the delivery location is, and if it is a drop off we do, if the function is full service we do not charge a delivery fee.
• Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
  No this is included in the service.
• How much is the deposit?
  This varies according to the size of the function. On catering jobs alone, we will request 30% - 50%.
• Do you provide set up and take down?
  Yes we take care of arrangements from start to finish. Unless there are certain areas that a client would prefer to take care of themselves.
• Do you provide servers?
  Yes we are a full service catering and banquet facility.
• Are you insured?
  Yes.
