• Are you bonded and insured?
  Yes we are licensed, bonded and insured.
• How do you charge for services?
  We offer hourly rates only.
• What are your rates?
  2 man crew is $100.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum and no traveling fees to and from our office. 3man crew is $125.00 per hour with a 4 hour minimum and no traveling fees to and from our office.
• Do you require a deposit?
  No deposit is required to book a move. However, we do require a 48-72 hour cancellation notice or we reserve the right to charge a nominal fee for cancelling a move under the 48 hour mark.
• Do you provide delivery guarantees?
  YES! All pick up and delivery times are guaranteed.
• How much advance notice do you need to schedule a move?
  Depends on the time of year and day of the week. Generally we require at least a weeks notice but do have availability at times to do moves with 1 days notice.
• How long does a move typically take?
  small moves generally take 4-6 hours and large moves take 8-10 hours. It really depends on locations moving from and too and how much stuff is being moved as to how long it will take.
• Do you provide short or long term storage?
  No we do no provide any storage at this time. However, we do provide overnight storage at an additional cost. With overnight storage, the belongings remain on the truck.
• Do you provide packing materials?
  We can provide packing materials at the customers request at an additional cost.
