• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes. Your satisfaction is our main priority. Should a problem arise feel free to contact us.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes. All events require a non refundable deposit of $150.00. If the event is canceled within 24 hours your deposit will be refunded.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  With over 20 years experience and 1300 events under our belt we have the experience to cater to a wide variety of events.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  Our music catalog is over 60,000 songs strong and growing every week. Spanning from the 1960's thru Today and covering everything from Top 40 to Motown to Rock to Hip Hop & R&B to Big Band. You say it, we'll play it!
• Do you take requests?
  Absolutely!
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes. Please do keep in mind that your guest may have other ideas also so save room for them
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes. We have back up equipment and personnel available in the event of in the event of an emergency

  Yes. We will perform all announcements and introductions.
