• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  This has never been an issue with our services. All of our entertainers do a stellar job! Read weddingwire.com for reviews.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Our owner, Brian Buonassissi, worked for Pioneer Electronic's Pro Audio Department for 8 years and trained all the regional and national trainers and also taught a course on DJ'ing at the Berkley School of Music in Mass. We are a member of the ADJA as well.
• What are your hourly rates?
  We don't charge by the hour. We have packages that contain either a 3 hour, 4 hour, or unlimited hour time limit. Of course, overtime can be contracted at the time of the event for as long as you want us there.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes we do require a 50% deposit. It is a non-refundable yet transferable deposit (should the date change and with a 30 day notice)
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We've been in business 15 years and do approximately 400 events a year.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No...we generally play a very well rounded format unless a specific theme is requested.
• Do you take requests?
  We leave that up to the client to tell.
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes...must be in CD or Mp3 format.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes...we have a back up policy where we rotate our 9 entertainers each week so a different active DJ is the backup. They have all the paperwork and a backup system just in case anything goes down and/or an act of god causes the initial DJ to be unable to perform.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We have some packages where the MC is also the DJ. But we have other packages where we provide 1 of each...your preference.
• What is your standard attire?
  Standard attire in that we match the client/guest attire. Since we are a nationwide company it varries. In California/New York it's generally business formal. However, in Florida (our southeast head quarters), the standard attire preferred is resort casual.
• Are you insured?
  yes. We have a $2 million dollar liability policy.
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We do more than DJ...we entertain. We don't rely on just the music to work for every event. We have interactive ways of ensuring your guests have a great time. All of our DJs can beatmix...this means there is a continuous mix throughout the night. We have the best equipment and the biggest music library (over 40,000 songs on hand at event event)!
