  We offer discounts for multiple visits, and a reduced rate for additional pets
• Are your kennels indoors or outdoors? If they are indoors, are they climate controlled?
  We offer private boarding in a sitter's home. We will do everything possible to recreate your pet's regualr routine, so he will feel at home in our homes.
• Why should we board our pet(s) with you?
  Your pet will receive lots of individual attention from her sitter, as she may very well be the only pet, or one of just a few if the sitter has pets of her own. You will have the opportunity to meet your sitter and see her home prior to your vacation, and during this meeting we will discuss her regular daily routine, so that we may keep her schedule as regular as possible while you are away.
• What are your rates?
  $50/night for the first pet, $20 each additional pet
• What do your rates include?
  Walks, feeding, playtime....whatever your pet needs to do! You just bring the food, toys, and bedding.
• Do you offer play sessions for pets?
  If requested, we can arrange a trip to the dog park, or hiking.

  Yes

  We board your pets in private homes....no cages
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All Fetch! Pet Care professionals have been or are currently pet owners themselves and provide the love, attention and skilled care you would expect from a professional. Each sitter has attended a Fetch! training session prior to sitting for your pet.

  Our typical visit is 30-40 minutes, but we can arrange for other timeframes if you prefer. We will visit as often as you feel is necessary for your pet to be comfortable.
• Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
  Yes, at no charge!
• Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
  At the end of the month, we will charge your credit card for the amount agreed upon for all assignments performed during that month in your Work order, and email or mail you a statement for your records
• What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
  In the event of an emergency involving the health of your pet(s), we will obtain care by the veterinarian specified by you and will charge the credit card number you provide for any related costs. We will first attempt to notify you before taking such action.
