Business Description

We have been in business since 1997, and have expanded to a family-involved affair. We are a business that is fully licenced and insured as well. Dogs, cats, small furry, feathered and scaly friends are our specialty. Our services extend as far north as the San Fernando Valley, along with Malibu and the coastal communities, down to the Long Beach area, and as far east as the Fairfax area. Overnights and daily visits are available.

• What are your rates?
  My rates vary depending on how many pets are left in my care, as well as your location. ~Once a day: $35 ~Twice a day: $50 ~Overnights: $75 ***Gas prices are included Prices are negotiable.
• Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
  There is a set base price; the prices I listed above. Anymore than 2 pets, there is an additional $5 pet pet. Again, this is negotiable.

• How large is your kennel?
  I do not own a kennel. I go to clients' houses and take care of their pets in their normal environments. The visits range from once a day to overnights, and eventually there will be mid-day visits as well.
• Do you have an outdoor play area for dogs? Do you charge extra for play time?
  I do not charge extra for play time. But, if you do have requests that require my staff or myself to spend more than 30 minutes with your pet, then additional costs might apply.
• Why should we board our pet(s) with you?
  I would be pleased to take care of your pets within the comfort of your own home. I have 8 1/2 years experience within the vet field, and have about 30 petsitting clients that I use on a regular basis. References are definitely available if you need them.

  Yes I do.

  Depends on the circumstance.
• How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
  At this moment, I offer the options of once a day, twice a day, or overnight visits. the daily visits are about 20 minutes, but if you require more, it can be negotiated.
• Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
  Of course. I feel that it is important to meet you and your pet, to make sure that the comfort is there for you and your pet, while they are under my care. I want things to stay as routine as possible for you, your pet, and your home, and in order to do so, what better way to get directions from you? :)
• Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
  This is up to you. If you are gone for more than one week, I do ask for at least half of the money owned up front. The forms of payment I accept are cash, personal and cashier check, and money orders.
• Will I need to show a proof of vaccination?
  I would appreciate it if you were to leave proof of vaccinations and the name and phone number of your vet, just in case a visit to the doctor's is necessary.
• What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
  I will try to contact you to get your authorization to take your pet to the doctor. If I cannot, I will use my judgement. I will have a release form to be filled out by you prior to you leaving, to entitle me to make such decisions.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  I am licenced and insured.
• Do you have pets of your own?
  Yes, I do. I have a pit bull named Duke, a little pameranian/spaniel mix named Chelsea and some fish. My mother lives with me, so she takes care of them when I am not home.
