• What areas of the house will you inspect?
  All home inspections include a thorough inspection and evaluation of the structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing components of the home.
• What are your rates?
  Rates are competitive considering the quality of service provided to the customer.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission as a Professional Inspector. I am a degreed engineer with over 15 years construction experience.
• Are you a member of the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)?
  No but I am a member of the NACHI the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors as well as TAREI the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.
• How many home inspections have you performed?
  I have performed over 400 home inspections.
• Will I have to be there during the inspection?
  While your presence is not required it is highly recommended that you be present at least for the walk through at end so I can go over my findings with you and answer any questions you may have.
• Is hiring a home inspector worth it?
  Whether buying a new or existing home having a home inspection performed before closing on the property is the best long term investment you will make.
