• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  I have a Standard Photo Services Agreement which has all the details regarding refunds.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I always consider and introduce myself as an Artist and not just as a Photohrapher. I'm also an autodidact in Photography. I believe the combination of these two facts gives me the perfect tools for what I do.
• What are your rates?
  Basic Portrait Session Rate $250.00 Includes up to 2hr session, prints and enlargements. Custom packages available.
• Do you require a deposit?
  For Portrait Photography - full payment should be paid BEFORE the session will take place.
• What packages do you offer?
  There is a package for portrait sessions, individual or family. Check my website for details. Custom packages available upon request.
• How many pictures do you take?
  I do not limit myself for amount of photos.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes.

  Black and white, Sepia, Color, and Artisticly Edited.
• Do you use digital or film?
  Digital (Canon EOS 30D + Pro Lenses)

  Will travel if paid for the traveling expenses.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Your prints will be ready within 2-4 weeks after placing an order.

• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. Non-refundable reservation fee of 50% is due at the signing of the agreement. The Balance to be paid at least one week prior the date of the event. No photography will take place and no rights are granted until timely payment is made in full. The reservation fee is non refundable in case of cancellation or date change by client.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Depends on the package. (I do not limit myself for amount of photos).
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes. This option comes with every package.
