• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes. We request 50% down at the planning stage of the project. The customer must be satisfied before they pay the remaining 50%. We have never had a dissatisfied customer.
• What types of fencing do you provide?
  We install: Custom-built Cedar/Spruce Wood Fencing Concrete Fencing (Goldcrete) Solar and Electric Automatic Driveway Gates Vinyl, Wrought Iron, Chain-Link installations Pet Enclosures
• Do you provide free estimates?
  Yes.
• Do you offer payment or financing plans?
  No. We do, however, accept Visa and Mastercard.
• What are your hourly rates?
  We charge by the project.
• Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
  No. You can work when we are not on the site-removing debris if you are moved to do so. But we clean up as well. Our liability generally covers our employees.
• How does the building process work?
  After the project is designed, the customer pays 50% down. Then, we apply for a permit with the city and order a Miss Dig underground utility analysis. When all are completed, we set a date to begin (usually within one to two weeks).
• How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
  Three to five days, depending on the size of the project and the weather.
• Do you assist in obtaining permits?
  This is usually not necessary. We register with the city you are in (if we are not already), and are responsible for all permits.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  Yes. We have Ohio Casualty for up to $2,000.000. This is higher than most because we work with city and county governments. Some of them require a higher level of liability.
