  All work is performed in in a substanial manner with attention to detail and customers specifications. If a customer is not satisfied with the results at any time during the project, we will make corrections as required. If the customer can not be satisfied with a product or service at any time all unused funds will be returned.

  Payments can be made by credit card, cash or check.

  Hourly rates range from $10-$12.50 for general labor, $15-$25 for skilled trades and $30-$45 for experienced installers. Most installations require one laborer and one tradesman.

  Yes, in specific agreed upon conditions. We encourage any opportunity to reduce the cost of projects that maintain the quality of service.
• How does the building process work?
  Proposed project is defined and tile/grout selected. The project area is isolated from adjacent rooms. The surface to be tiled is prepared, tile is installed, tile is grouted and area is cleaned.
• How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
  Time needed for Tile Jobs range from 4hrs. for restoration, 2-4 days for new tile floors. Major project can be scheduled to coordinate with customer and other trades.

  Fully Licensed and Insured in MA & RI
• Do you assist in obtaining permits?
  Yes we providing permiting services included with most projects.
• What makes you different from other contractors?
  I am a hands on builder and perform all of the skilled work. I provide drawings as required to plan the project. I have over 30 years experience as a mason.

  Ceramic Tile, Solid Wood, Vinyl Tile and Laminate Plank.

  Yes, payment plans is agreed on in the proposal and can be modified within reason. Also payments can be made by credit card.
