Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
We thrive on customer satisfaction. We have never had a customer not satisfied or ask for a refund. -
Do you provide free estimates?
Always -
Do you offer payment or financing plans?
Unfortunately we do not accept payment plans any longer. We can keep our costs lower by not having to cover lost revenue. -
What are your hourly rates?
Every job is different, truly depends on the amount of preparation needed but we do provide free estimates. Nothing is charged by the hour. Labor is based on the job itself. -
Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
Unfortunately no. It would conflict with our company insurance policy. However, homeowners can do things before we start our work to save money like doing demolition of carpet or old tiles, etc. Ask us for details. -
How does the building process work?
The customer will typically pick out the type of tile due to all of the different variations. We then go over all details with the customer of how they expect the work to be performed. Our company will then furnish all of the needed supplies to complete the job in accordance with the standards set forth by the homeowner(s). -
How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
This really depends on the complexity of the tile installation, size of the room or rooms, designs, more than one color, etc. However, we will always provide a timeline to the customer in our written proposal. -
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes, we have a $12,000 surety bond and a $1,000,000 insurance coverage, per occurrence. -
Do you assist in obtaining permits?
If a permit is needed, we do everything to get the permit, the customer does nothing. -
What makes you different from other contractors?
We are honest and up front from the beginning. We do not mark up our materials. The customer is only charged what we pay for materials and we do not charge the customer for our mistakes. i.e., we forget to add for a material on our proposal, we would not later go back and ask the customer to pay for this as it was our fault from the beginning. -

3 - 4 days typically, sometimes less. -
How long does a project typically take?
This really depends on the amount of preparation needed, we will not rush any job as every job is done right the first time. The timeline would be discussed with the homeowner prior to or during my initial visit. -
