SouthEastern Environmental offers worry-free service plans to keep your home or business pest-free. Whether you live or work in a sensitive environment or only want to control your pest problems with minimal exposure to pesticides, our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programs will be right for you. All of the products we utilize are child and pet friendly and considered low-impact pesticides. In addition to structural pest control, we also offer termite management and inspections, rodent control, mosquito suppression, deer tick management, wildlife control and bird control. We also provide lawn, landscaping, and weed management. SouthEastern Environmental is a member of the National Pest Management Association and the Pennsylvania Pest Management Association.

  All of our technicians have been professionally trained through classroom and in-field training. Also, our technicians are state certified pesticide applicators. We also attend regular industry meetings to expand our knowledge of pests and their appropriate control measures.

  Yes, SouthEastern Environmental offers monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly service maintenance agreements.

  Our warranty provides retreatment of the initial problem at no additional charge, if the problem occurs within the original warranty. The length of the warranty is dependent upon the type of service provided.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  Yes, one of our technicians will gladly return to remediate the problem.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  No, pests may not always be visible without a thorough inspection. If you skip a service and resume at a later time the initial service fee will be charged for the next service.
• How long are your service visits?
  Service time is dependent upon the type of treatment and severity of infestation, but usually around 15-45 minutes.
• How long do treatments last?
  Treatments can last up to 90 days.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  No, once the our product dry (usually 15-30 minutes after application), the treated area is safe for pets as well as the occupants. We utilize pet-safe products to control rodent populations.
• How soon can I water after your visit?
  Usually, you can water immediately after the application site has dried.

  Yes, SouthEastern Environmental is fully insured!
• What makes you different from other pest control services?
  SouthEastern Environmental provides a fully Integrated Pest Management program, which includes full inspection for evidence of pests, identification of pests, and appropriate and efficient control measures. We strive to satisfy our customers' pest control needs, questions and concerns. All of our technicians are also part of the sales staff. We are experienced, educated, and professional.

  Yes, SouthEastern Environmental offers quarterly and annual termite maintenance agreements.
• Do you offer any guarantees?
  SouthEastern Environmental only uses Termidor for conventional termite treatments and Advance Termite Baiting Systems for termite baiting treatments. The Termidor guarantees that termite colonies will be elimitated within 3 months and maintain a termite-free barrier for 10 years.

  No, it is recommended that termite warranties be renewed annually to ensure that a termite reinfestation has not occurred.
• How long are your service visits?
  The length of the service visit depends upon the size of the structure being treated.
• How long do treatments last?
  Independent studies of Termidor applications show that Termidor treatments last at least 10 years.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  No, Termidor is a soil-injected products and the Advance Termite Baiting System is housed in a keyed and tamper-resistant container in-ground.

  Yes, SouthEastern Environmental is fully insured!
• If I have a termite problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  Yes, one of our technicians will gladly return to remediate the problem.
• What is your standard warranty?
  Our standard warranty is a one-year warranty that covers any reinfestations within the first year after a termite treatment. We will retreat the problem area at no additional charge. After one year, the homeower can purchase annual renewals which provide annual inspections and free re-treatments if termites re-infest.
