Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
| |
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
We will refund 100% of your package price (minus the non-refundable deposit) if you don't like your photos (which has NEVER happened!).
We also offer a 100% guarantee on our prints. Even if you order a print and decide a year later you'd rather have that print in black and white instead of color, don't worry, we'll send you a new print for free (plus s&h). |
