• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Your deposit is refundable up to 31 days prior to departure date. Service canceled within 30-15 days prior to departure will forfeit 30% of the cost of the trip. Any service canceled within 14-7days of departure will be assessed a fee of no more than 50% of the trip cost. Any service that is cancelled within 7 days of departure will forfeit the full amount of the trip cost.
• What type(s) of buses/vehicles do you offer? How many passengers can you service at one time?
  24 passengers mini bus without luggage, 20 passengers mini bus with luggage, 14 passengers mini bus with luggage, and 7 passengers mini van with luggage.
• Are you able to service overnight / long distance trips?
  Typically, we will not allow a minibus to travel over 150 mile radius. Minibuses are not built for extended travel which it makes the ride less comfortable for passengers over longer trips.
• Do you require a deposit up front when booking a charter bus?
  Deposit amounts vary according to the length of time in advance that the trip is booked and other factors.
• Do you allow food / beverages in your vehicles?
  Coolers are allowed on most bus; however the cooler must be placed on a seat so that the aisles are clear.
