Whether your event or conference is big or small, we do it all. Let us handle all of the details...so you don't have to. Specializing in planning events, meetings and conventions from concept to creation to implementation and follow through since 1991. As meeting planner, we have worked with groups ranging from 25 to 2500. We have done all of the work on the events which includes (but not limited to) the following: · Site inspections and determining the best property for the event · Negotiated hotel contracts and/or convention center contracts. · Worked with hotels on room blocks and handled overflow situations when necessary. · Registration (including online registration). · Negotiated and coordinated the production, both audio and video. · Booked the talent and coordinated other speakers. · Come up with ideas for the theme, and followed it through on the advertisement, program, nametags, stage decorations, power point shows and videos etc. · Menus and banquet event orders for the events. · Developed and coordinated the layout of the room(s). · Handled the financial responsibilities of the event and calculated profits. · Production manager of the event, put together the run sheets, supervised the event and called the show. · Coordinated break out rooms when needed. · Layout and coordination of exhibit space. · Hired staff when needed. Working with both union and non-union personnel. · Coordinated product that was sold and/or distributed at the event.
