As a matter of fact we do offer customer satisfaction and a refund policy written on the contract. This gives the client a peace of mind that everything will be run with the professional courtesy that you deserve. -

What are your hourly rates?
the rates that we offer our very competitive. Although you can get a much cheaper DJ Our rates are based on our cost of doing business as well as the value we place on the job. We take all events seriously and attend to each in a professional manner. We're confident you will find our prices to be exceptionally competitive. If our prices are a bit more than you planned to spend, just remember the old saying "you get what you pay for." Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Our deposit is usually the amount we charge per hour. Cancellation should be 30 days prior to your event or the entire fee is due. Deposit is non- refundable but If you are considering rescheduling with us we will add the deposit to the new date. -
What is your experience? How many events have you done?
We have been delivering successful events for over 10 years. We specialize in mostly weddings but do have a wide variety of events that we handle. We are only booked as much as we feel we can handle which is only one booking per day. We do not double book a date. -
Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
Although we only speak English we do specialize in genre music. -
Do you take requests?
Yes requests or very important to us and you and your guests. In the beginning of the event we will walk around to each table and meet your guests and take requests. During the night they may also come up and give us requests. We'd like to keep the dance floor active and moving. And of course we are working with you six months to year and should know what our clients like, -
Can I provide my own music?
Yes you may provide your own music if we do not have what yourlooking for. You'll be unbelievably amazed at how flexible we are when it comes to music selection! That's because in the past 10 years we've learned that keeping the dance floor packed is influenced by many factors, including the order and style in which the songs are played, the way songs are mixed together, and DJ interaction...not just which songs are played. We've had customers that have chosen every song for the entire event and others that have left the music selection completely up to us. Our recommendation is to provide us with a list of "must play" songs and list of "play if possible" songs. This will leave plenty of room for requests from your guests and DJ selections. You may also stipulate that we not take requests from you guests. But have fun and select music you want to hear and dance to. After all, it's your event! -
Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Your special event could very well be one of the most memorable days of your life. So we must offer you the highest level of dependability. We keep a complement of essential backup equipment on-site at all times for all events. It's kept under the table for quick access. If a component were to fail, it could easily be switched, seamless and unknowing to your guests. -
Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Included in all our packages or a Master of Ceremonies And a DJ. We believe that to handle a successful event properly you must have two DJ'S available. One to take requests and the other to interact with your guests. -
What is your standard attire?
We will be dressed & polished for the attire entire evening. Very clean and presentable. -
Are you insured?
We're both protected under our $1 million dollar liability insurance policy (the industry standard). -
How are you different from other disc jockeys?
We are a small company with big benefits we are different in many ways starting with our contract. We offer a moneyback guarantee we do not sup contract out nor double book the date. We are very personable with your guests we will go around and introduce ourselves and take requests at the table.
