  We have a 100% elimination guaranteed policy which directly reflects the satisfaction of our customers. To ensure customer satisfation, we also provide warantees that allows the customer to use our services until they are fully satisfied.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our exterminators are fully licensed and prefessionally trained.
• What are your rates?
  The rates depend on the service and treatment that you require. We offer a free estimate where we inspect your home, explain the recommended treatment and provide a reasonable quote.
• What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
  Our standard warranty is for 6 or 12 months. It depends on the service being provided. We also provide a 100% elimination guaranteed.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  Most definitly; If you call us within the warranty time, we will re-do the job at no cost. If your warranty time has elapsed, then we do provide a sufficiant discount.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  The treatments that require more than 1 service are incomlete untill all services are done. In other words, the problem is not fully or permenantky solved untill all services have been done. Skipping a service can cause the problem to return or re-create.
• How long are your service visits?
  Service visits take approximately an hour on average. However, this highly varies depending on the type of service. The visits can take any where between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours.
• How long do treatments last?
  Depending on the type of treatment, they can last a year, or for the season.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  All of our treatments are safe for pets and small children. We take maximum precaution to keep our customers safe and healthy.
• Are you insured?
  We are fully insured.
