• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Yes, I have a broadcasting degree, trained by exclusive weddings and private party event planners. We have numerous thank you letters that can be provided up request.
• What are your hourly rates?
  The price starts at $100-$200 an hour for play hours only. We do not charge for travel, prep time, set up or tear down time.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Yes. Cancellation must be done in writing and the deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be transfered to another event under special circumstances.
• What is your experience? How many events have you done?
  We have over 17 years of experience in Weddings, Corporate, Bar/Bat Mitzahs, Sport Events and Themed Events. We do a average of 300 events per year.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  No, music is up to the client. We do keep our music family friendly. No vulgar language in any of our music selections. We buy clean versions of songs that are popular with our clientele.
• Do you take requests?
  Yes upon approval from our clients that hire us.
• Can I provide my own music?
  Yes.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  Yes.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  Yes. We also include coordination with our packages. It is our desire that our clientele is treated like royalty. Service is our best asset!
• What is your standard attire?
  Black suit, Tuxedo or anything requested by our clients.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, 2 million dollars worth.

  Service and coordination. Due to our coordination experience, we offer a hand that will lead our clients every step of the way instead of just playing the music.
