  We will come back as many times as needed during the life of the guarantee.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our technicians are state licensed. Most have gone on to receive their commercial applicators licenses in multiple states.
• What are your rates?
  $150 - one time service (a clean out treatment) for common pests such as roaches, ants, mice. $240 - 4 preventative treatments per year $360 - 12 preventative treatments per year
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  Yes. Our most common residential agreeement calls for 4 preventative visits per year. We do offer a residential monthly plan. On the commercial side, we are able to do daily or weekly service if needed. Large production facilities that need a technician on the premises 24 hours a day should call our office and speak to the manager.
• What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
  Common problems such as cockroaches and ants are guaranteed for 90 days. Termites are guaranteed for 5 years with an optional extended garantee available.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  If the pest we treated for returns within the guarantee period, we will treat again at no added cost.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  We design a pest control plan that is designed for the individual account. We won't sign you for montly service unless that is what you want. Our ultimate goal with preventative service is that you never see pests.
• How long are your service visits?
  Initial services may take as much as an hour. Follow up or preventive services average about 30 minutes.
• How long do treatments last?
  Common pest control products start to break down or lose their attractiveness after 30 days. Generally they are copletely gone in 100 days.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  We always want to know what animals are in the home. If people have pet rodents (rabbits, gerbils, hamsters etc) they should be confined during the complete time we are treating for mice. Exotic pets such as hissing cockroaches, antfarms, etc, should always be mentioned to the technician before service. Currently every technician with CPC has at least one cat or dog at her or his home. We would never use a product in your home that we would not use around our own pets or children.

  1 hour
• Are you insured?
  We are legally required to maintain liability coverage. Because we treat many sensitive accounts (nursing homes, daycare centers)we carry coverage well in excess of state requirements. In addiition, all of our employees are bonded.
• What makes you different from other pest control services?
  We are a family owned business, not a divison of a huge corp. We won't try to sell you alarms, maid service, etc. We are locally owned. Our reputation is our business. We won't be satisified until you are satisfied. We treat our employees like family. Most of our employees have been with us for years. We won't send you some "kid" that just started 3 months ago.
• What are your rates?
  The cost to properly treat a home varies from $500 for the smallest simple home to more than $2000 for larger, more complex structures. Unfortunatly, we often hear cases of $250 treatments where we can estimate the cost of the chemical required for treatment would have been twice that.
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  If your home does not currently have termites, we can install a termite monitoring system for the early detection of termites and will treat any termite acitivity at no added cost.
• Do you offer any guarantees?
  Our common service guarantee covers the structure for 5 years. We offer an extended service plan on an annual basis.
• If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
  Our inspections are designed to spot any termite activity before they cause damage. There is no charge for our follow up inspections while your home is under our warranty.
• How long are your service visits?
  2 man crew -about 6 hours
• How long do treatments last?
  Our newest, most effective products have a track record of nearly 10 years with out any signifciant failures when applied correctly.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  Many of the newer treatments use the same active ingredients that vets apply to animals for flea control. We still require that pets be confined during our treatments, mainly because of the danger of drills and hoses than chemical exposure.
• Are you insured?
  Yes.
• If I have a termite problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  There is no charge for any follow up treatment needed while you home is under warranty.
