What is An Affiliate Program?
An affiliate program is a way for a company to generate
leads or sales by paying commissions to other sites to host banner or text
links. When someone visiting a site clicks on the company's banner or
text link and makes a purchase or fills out a form, the web site hosting the
banner or text link earns a commission.
How it Works
You post on your site text links or banner ads that have
been created by ProcureAPro. When a visitor to your site clicks through to
to the link from a banner of text link and completes and submits one of our
submission forms, you will be paid. Each month, ProcureAPro will pay you
commission for the total of leads your web site links generated.
Who Can Join
If you have a website, then you can apply to join. Some
things you should consider before applying:

Your site is focused on business, small business,
marketing, technology, e-commerce, or business services.

Your site should not contain any offensive content or
links to any offensive websites or profanity.

Your site cannot use incentive programs to help sell
our products. For example, do not offer visitors anything in exchange
for filling out a form on the ProcureAPro website.

Your site cannot use ProcureAPro links in either
subscription newsletters or other e-mail-based marketing campaigns without
the prior written consent of ProcureAPro.
Please read our Terms and Conditions for more
information. You must agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to become
an affiliate. We reserve the right to revoke a site's membership or
reject an application at any time if we feel the website is unsuitable for
our program.
Membership to the ProcureAPro Affiliate Program is free.
When you become a member, you'll have access to a variety of ProcureAPro
promotional banners. Just choose the banners that you would like to use and
post them on your site.
Commission Junction
ProcureAPro has teamed with Commission Junction to
provide affiliates with trusted third-party tracking, real-time reporting
and monthly check disbursement for advertisement earnings. When you sign
up for our program you'll be taken to Commission Junction's site, where
you'll create your own secure account. Your Commission Junction account will
give you access to a variety of text and banner links for ProcureAPro. In
addition, you will have access to view your account activity, reports and
statistics on leads 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can watch your
earnings and view reports on by accessing your account through Commission
Junction's website.
Commissions
Each month of the year, Commission Junction will send
you a check for your earnings for the previous month. Occasionally a lead
may be subtracted from your account. This happens when leads have been
submitted with false information, in an unapproved manner or are fraudulent.
Qualified Leads
A lead is considered qualified when a customer fills out
all of the required fields and submits a form in any of the following
categories (only forms filled out for these
categories will be paid commission):
IMPORTANT NOTE!!
Duplicate leads, falsified
information, automatic posting of leads or leads generated through
unacceptable methods will not count towards commissions for qualified leads.

Creating Links
Creating links is easy! Commission Junction will provide
you with the appropriate HTML code to place on your site; just copy and
paste it into your site's code. As a website owner, it's your responsibility
to accurately post the code.
Altering Banners and Text Links
You are permitted to use only the banners, text and links
provided through your Commission Junction account. Please do not alter them.
When you join our program, you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We have
worked to provide you with banner and text links that will generate the most
traffic and leads from your site. If you have a special request or need for

Banner Placement
Place links where they are easy for your visitors to
find. For example, your home page or high-traffic areas. Placing banners or
text links on pages whose theme fits the theme of the link or banner is also
a good idea. You may add and replace links with other ProcureAPro links at
your discretion. You may find that certain ads work better than others
depending on the traffic your site generates, but don't alter our banner
advertisements or text links in any way.
