Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy? |
|
All fees for financial planning services are subject to a one year conditional refund. In most instances if a client is dissatisfied with the level of service or advise they have been provided any fees paid will be refunded within 30 days. |

What are your qualifications? What is your education background? |
|
I follow a multiple solutions approach to financial planning. For every goal concern or issue that my clients are attempting to address, we attempt to create at least three solutions for them. This approach allows our clients to have choices in how they address their financial situation. This approach also helps the client to maintain control vs. their advisor dictating what the client should do.The advisors role is as the coach of the clients financial team, the client is ultimately the team owner and the final decision maker! |

If you are going to manage my account, will you obtain my permission every time you buy or sell something? |

Currently, I am my financial teams lead financial advisor. I have 10 other junior advisors and one personal assisstant. In many cases I will have one or more of these individuals working with me on my clients financial concerns. I am ultimately responsible for the interaction with the client and would remain the primary contact throughout the entire relationship. |

Salary and bonuses make up the majority of my compensation. I also recieve commissions on products or services I sell. |

This is not a business of guarantees. The only garuntees I offer is to address my clients financial situations in an ethical manner and to act as a professional at all times and to provide the absolute best client service. |

How much risk should I be willing to take? |

Risk should never be measured from a mass group prospective. Risk should take into consideration: the goal, time horizon, previous investment experience and knowledge, additional funds available to help meet the goal, future investments to goal and ultimately the clients overall comfort level or tolerance for loss. |

I have completed all of the required educational and work experience elements set by the College for fiancial planning to sit for my CFP exam in March of 2004.
