  We are Licensed and Insured. All of our technicians are licensed with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and receive annual continueing education certification.
• What are your rates?
  For an average size home we normally charge $50.00 every two months. Which includes a perimeter treatment with a power sprayer to stop bugs from getting in from the outside. There is no charge for the inside if we are providing the perimeter treatment.
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  Yes. We do offer Service Agreements for customers who want an agreement in writing, but it is not mandatory. We keep our customers because we keep them happy!
• What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
  We guarantee that you will not have general household pests in your house or we will come back and treat the problem until it's eliminated. Usually only requires one visit to get rid of any problems.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  Yes. Until there is not a problem. No Charge.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  Yes. But if you do not get a perimeter treatment every two months we can no longer guarantee your home will be bug free.
• How long are your service visits?
  Every two months we treat the perimeter of your home and/or office building.
• How long do treatments last?
  Outside perimeter treatments last approximately 60 to 70 days. That is why we need to treat every two months. Nothing lasts any longer in the Florida environment.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  No. But we do suggest keeping pets and children away from treated areas until they have dried.
• How soon can I water after your visit?
  Immediately. Our pesticides are mixed in water. The pesticide is microencapsulated.

  Yes. We are Licensed and Insured with the State of Florida.
