Our company was established in May, 1993, at 729 Hope Cafe on Providence's Historic East Side, by a team of talented and hard-working culinary professionals. The storefront café soon became a busy hub where patrons could enjoy a quick lunch or grab a cup of coffee to go; while behind the scenes, some of the Providence area's most reputable catering professionals put together full-service events of all sizes. The company continues to grow under the guidance and hard work of owner/operators Carol Connolly and Rick Wilson.
