• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  Cancellation: This agreement cannot be canceled or modified except in writing by either the client or ULTIMATE/EVENTS-4U entertainment. For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event date, client is responsible for the total event fee. Forfeited deposits and fees may be applied to a new agreement signed with ULTIMATE/EVENTS-4U entertainment within 14 days of notification of cancellation. Rescheduling of events due to inclement weather or an act of God shall be accommodated whenever possible. Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
