• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your prints,simply return them within a couple days and we'll gladly refund your money.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  The best education is through experience. Thousands of families have used our services (happily of course) and we continue to learn and grow based on current trends and desires.
• What are your rates?
  Sitting fees start at $85 which includes a $10 credit towards print and product purchases.
• Do you require a deposit?
  A small deposit is required to retain your event date.
• What packages do you offer?
  We have several packages! We will also be happy to alter any package (or create a new one) that will cater to your needs and budget.
• How many pictures do you take?
  This is one of the hardest questions to answer. Simply put - we will take as many pictures as it takes to capture every memory!
• Can I keep the negatives?
  We do offer a digital package for purchase which includes many images on CD. High Definition, Edited, and without Watermark.
• What is your photographic style?
  We like to call it the 'living' style. What does that mean? It means that we will of course do the traditional aspect of your event, but we will also capture all those candid moments that really show who you are!
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Of course!

  Digital
• Can I see examples of your work?

• How far are you willing to travel?
  We are centrally located within the Inland Empire but frequently photograph within San Diego County, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County - Travel Rates may apply
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Proof will be available for viewing within 7 days after your event. Once an order has been placed, you will receive your prints and products within 7-10 business days! Yes - that fast!
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  We believe that the proof is in the pudding! We strive to capture a feeling within a photograph. Unlike others, Plies Photography will never 'clock out' once the estimated time has elapsed. If we haven't gotten everything - we won't leave, and there will NEVER be an additional charge for it!
• What are your rates?
