I run a boutique photography studio. I do all of the work myself, and limit the number of weddings I take to one a month in order to spend as much time as possible on each client. I think you will see that my work is delivered with skill and love, and that I will take wonderful care of you, as a client and bride. While your photographs are one of the few things you will remain with you after your day, it is the last thing you should have to worry about!

And you should feel comfortable with your photographer's ability and his/her personality; so I am always eager to meet to make sure you feel excited about having me as your paparazza for a day!

My aim is to make you feel at ease in front of the lens with a laid back, friendly and unobtrusive approach. I love using natural light whenever possible, and only very rarely will I interrupt an event to ask for a pose. This unobtrusive style and infrequent use of flash allow me to capture your true sense and the moments of your day that are uniquely you.

I want you to LOVE your images! My aim is to mix fun and professionalism to deliver more than expected for every client.

• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Absolutely. I could not stay in business if my clients were not happy with my work. While I have never had a client who is not thrilled with my product, I would work with any client to make sure they feel they have gotten what they paid for.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have been photographing children, families, and personal-use portraits for over 10 years.
• What are your rates?
  I believe strongly in full disclosure of pricing. My prices are based on time and materials, not on my customer demographic. Should you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact me to discuss. Portraits run $350 for a one-hour, on location shoot. Original files and online proofing gallery included. All prices include 8.25% California tax.
• Do you require a deposit?
  For a portrait session, I ask for payment at the time of the session.
• What packages do you offer?
  I charge a set fee based on hours. See RATES above.
• How many pictures do you take?
  For portraits, usually 25 -100.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  yes
• What is your photographic style?
  The lack of pretense in children allows me in interact with them just as I would without the camera. The camera, in fact, just becomes a toy which happens to capture smiles and gestures and little feet and toes. It?s all about having fun, after all, and making permanent those oh, so fleeting moments.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  yes, and sepia.

  Digital

• How far are you willing to travel?
  I will travel anywhere. For travel outside of the Bay Area (over 120 miles), it is necessary for me to charge travel fees.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  As soon as possible depending on the mix of print and digital. Usually delivery is within 4 weeks of wedding date.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  I have an ability to mix art and business well. I have an innate love of photography, people and happy events; and of course, an artful eye.
• What services do you offer?
  I will travel to location to shoot events.
• What location(s) do you represent?
  I have no restrictions on my travel, but I do speak French, in the event that is helpful to you.

• Do you require a deposit?
  I ask for payment in full three months before the wedding date, but no deposit. In case of cancellation, I will refund payment minus 15%.
• How many pictures do you take?
  For weddings, clients will receive between 500-1500 images for a full day. For fewer hours, there will be fewer images.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Yes! Original digital files are yours to keep, as well as access to an online lab where friends and family may purchase images.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  I do about 10-20 weddings a year (usually only one a month so I can devote significant time and energy to each wedding). I do this because I LOVE it!
• What is your photographic style?
  Editorial, though I also do posed and more traditional to round out a client's needs. I use available light where possible to cut down on the disruption a flash can cause.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes, and sepia.
• Do you use digital or film?
  Primarily digital.
