Our services range from making phone calls to assisiting in every aspect of the event. -

We prefer to discuss the main concerns and needs of the client and then schedule a meeting to provide additional information. -

Yes we do, we have a complete list of vendors that we deal with on a regular basis. -

Yes, the intial consult is free, Normal rate is 10% of the final cost of the wedding. -

10% of the final cost - Pending amount of involvement needed, extra time will be billed at $ 45.00 an hour -

We look at each client as if it were our own wedding ! We acaully care and look at you the client as an extension of our own family. -
What is a Personal Chef?
A personal Chef is a Trained and Certified Chef through an accredited Culinary organization or School. There are many great chef's that are out there, that do not have this training, however they are not recognized by the culinary academies. Personal Chef's normally will supply weekly meals in your home or cater to smaller parties. -
Isn't a Personal Chef a luxury most people can't afford?
No, Chef services can actually be quite resonable when you take into account what your time is worth. -

Our Services normally cost 10% of the event, Hourly rate is $ 40.00 -

Do you provide servers?
Yes - we have a staff fully trained in service etiquate and hospitality management. Buffet service has two serviers already in the basic costs included. Full Table service or additional service varies per duty ad or work load. -
Do you provide set up and take down?
Yes we can provide Ste Up ad Take down as well as total cleaning as needed or required, pending event it can be included in total price or as amuch as 15% of the event total cost. -
How much is the deposit?
We ask for a 50 % deposit on signing of our services, It may seem a bit high for a deposit, however it ensures us and you that you will recieve only the utmost and attenttion from our Planners , Chefs and General Staff. -
What is your delivery charge?
We do not charge anything for delivery and set-up as long as we are within our service area , 1 11/2 hours driving , after that it will be $ 200 plus any additional time for travel back ( $ 35.00 an hour per person) -

$10.00 to $ 25.00 + depending on condions and who is suppling what. -

We do romantic diner for Two - all the time so @ is the minimum, Maxixmum is 2,000+ - I have catered parties for some very large names in the Cleveland Akron Canton area and spending limits were not anoption, as many guests as we served at these events over 3,800. -

Yes we do have Sample Choice menu - as well as we like to personalize each clients personality withi the menu , therefore each menu is specifically with that cliet only. -

We always recommend a food tasting - the food tasting for the first is free , the second is $ 50.00 to cover travel and additional expenses. -

We specialize in Formal Black tie affair sit down table service, However we are also able to do buffet service for a lower cost than most, we have several contracted farmers for supplies , all approved from the USDA and certified Organoc and Humainly placed to sleep. -

We eed as much otice as possible, we ormally book a year in advance, however if we have a opening, as they do cancel from time to time, we can try to make your event dreams come true -

Yes - we have two full time state certified Bartenders on staff - there rates are $ 150.00 each for 4 hours min. each additional hour is $ 35.00 -
