  In the rare instance that something has gone wrong on an event we always make it a policy to work with the host/hostess to rectify the situation.

  Our chefs have a variety of backgrounds and therefore have experience working with many different cuisines. Our Executive Chef, Mark Ellis, loves experimenting with Asian cuisine.

  We are always happy to schedule tastings at our facility to give you an opportunity to sample the menu for your event.
• Do you have a sample menu?
  Yes, we have sample menus available for many different types of events. We will be happy to email or mail them to you.
• What is the average cost per person?
  The average cost depends upon the type of event. We strive to create the best possible menu for each client based upon their budget parameters.
• What is your delivery charge?
  For most events there is no delivery charge.
• Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
  As a general rule, no. However, if the cake cutting is done without coffee service and requires any plate decoration or addition of fresh fruit, etc. we do charge a small fee.
• How much is the deposit?
  The deposit is generally equal to 25% of the total estimated charges.
• Do you provide set up and take down?
  Absolutely - our staff is trained to set-up an event to your specifications and to return the area to its original (or better) condition.
• Do you provide servers?
  Yes, we have fully trained waitstaff and bartenders available to assit with your event.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, we carry both general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.
