• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, all customers have the option to refuse their pictures for a refund of their payment (less the deposit). I am happy to report that we have never had a customer wish to take advantage of this option!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am a self-taught photographer that has progressed over the years due to enjoyment of the trade and the industry. I have been in business for coming up on 10 years and am loving every minute of it.
• What are your rates?
  Portrait sessions are a flat rate of $75.
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, portrait sessions require a 50% deposit.
• What packages do you offer?
  Regardless of your occasion, your portrait session is a $75 fee and lasts for one hour.
• How many pictures do you take?
  For portraits, I usually shoot around 100 pictures on average. These images are narrowed down to a group of "acceptable" images.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  I shoot digitally but you will receive a CD of your images with your portrait session. (Includes Copyright Release of Images)
• What is your photographic style?
  I shoot a mixture of candid and traditional images to help give the greatest variety.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes. Any image can be converted to black and white upon request.
• Do you use digital or film?
  I shoot digitally.
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Yes there are samples available online at www.ltmphotoindy.com and I can also show samples in person.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  I typically work in Central and Southern Indiana but can travel further.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Your CD is typically ready in 1-2 weeks and any prints ordered from you disk take approximately 2 weeks for you to receive.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  I am in this business because it is what I love to do! I keep my prices low so that everyone may enjoy professional portraits without the professional price.

  For weddings, I usually shoot between 500-700 pictures on average. These images are narrowed down to a group of "acceptable" images.

  Most of my time in business has been on a part time basis, allowing for 15-20 weddings a year on average.
