• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We have never had an unsatisfied customer that we know of, but would refund if a reasonable concern of quality/timeliness arised.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  25 years of experience in shooting multiple styles of wedding photography. Never a class or a "photoclub" meeting. Our accreditation is our pristine referrals from our clients/now friends.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  A variety of packages ranging from $825 - $2475 with very generous hourly time on site. Custom packages are always available to insure your day is captured your way!
• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes. $200 deposit (toward total price of any package) + reasonable round-trip mileage fee.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Always many more than end up as edited proofs to assure more than enough choices. Packages range from 200 edited proofs to 500+ edited proofs. Custom packages are available.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  All digital but you always receive at least one copy of the high-resolution CD/copyright release with all of the edited proofs for your package enclosed. The CD is fully copyable as well.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  At least hundreds if not thousands.
• What is your photographic style?
  Candid/photojournalistic is my favorite but upon request am quite capable of shooting traditional posed settings as well. I love to tell the day's story.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  DEFINITELY! Is it not the best?? lol
• Do you use digital or film?
  Have both but rarely use film these days!
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Website is full of it.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  Around the globe if the price is right. lol Most of our weddings are shot within a 300 mile range though.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Proofs online are usually available within 7 days. Prints are usually available (after ordering) within 2 weeks. I believe everyone in the world is impatient like me!! (Terry)
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  Perfectionist at heart. Making a living but NOT trying to get RICH!
