• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  I make sure my customers are always satisfied and address all concerns. I am BBB accredited. The BBB has presented me with customer satisfaction awards for three years in a row and ranked me as an "A" business.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  More than 20 years newspaper, magazine, portrait and event photography as well as graphic design experience. Bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University. Incredible skills with Adobe Photoshop!
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?

• Do you require a deposit?
  Retainer is 20 percent nonrefundable and due within one week of hiring but applies to the balance. Balance due on or before wedding. I accept credit cards through PayPal and there is a payment button on my website. Refer five brides (contract and retainer) and I wipe the balance on your contract!
• How many pictures do you take?
  I usually shoot between 500 and 1,500 images. Depends on how long your wedding lasts, number of people, etc. No limits, but hard to guarantee a number of shots.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  YES. Fully downloadable digital negatives in full resolution .jpg format. I also give you all images on USB drive for my top package. My base packages have an option to receive digital images on CD with print permission and I offer downloadable digital proofs with all packages. I WANT you to post the images on your social networking sites!
• How many weddings have you photographed?

• What is your photographic style?
  Mix of modern photojournalsm (storybook) and traditional artistic posed portrait. I like bright colors, bold enhancements, lots of black and white, sepia and spot color treatments. I add an almost surrealistic effect to selected images.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  I can provide color, black and white, sepia, spot color... a variety of special effects. I LOVE b/w photos.
• Do you use digital or film?
  I shoot digital and bring duplicate gear. I have invested heavily in my equipment to handle all lighting situations.
• Can I see examples of your work?

• How far are you willing to travel?
  Transportation fees are listed on my website. I am available for destination weddings.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Gallery goes up as soon as I sort through and edit them. You receive your prints usually within a week of ordering.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  I treat every wedding as if it were the only wedding. I take pride in my work and really try to please the customer. People often comment on my ability to capture moments and use angles and styles that are not "run of the mill." I absolutely LOVE weddings, romance, couples in love, etc.
