• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, if you are not completely satisfied you get your money back. Or we will be happy to reshoot.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are members of Professional Photographers of America and have over 70 years combined photography experience.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
  We have four basic packages. Rates begin at $999.00. We can create custom packages to fit your specific needs if one of our preset packages is not exactly what you are looking for.
• Do you require a deposit?
  A deposit of 30% is required to secure your date. Dates are exclusive and we will photograph only one wedding per day.
• How many pictures do you take?
  There is no specific limit. We believe that it is our job to tell the story of your wedding day and we will take as many photos as necessary to do just that. On average we deliver between 250 and 500 proofs depending on your package.
• Can I keep the negatives?
  We retain all rights and negatives. We believe in providing our clients with the highest possible quality possible. We use a professional only photofinishing lab that provides results far superior to what the client could produce on their own.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  Over 300.
• What is your photographic style?
  We have a mix of styles from traditional to photojournalistic.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  Yes, any image can be black & white, color, sepia, or selectively colored.
• Do you use digital or film?
  While we can still use film we are now using digital almost exclusively. The flexibility, control, and creativity it offers are unmatched by film. Weddings have to be done right the first time. There are no redos. With digital we know if there is a malfunction immediatley, not a week later when the film is processed and it's too late. We always carry backup equippment.
• Can I see examples of your work?
  Absolutely, we have many sample images on our website, and you can see them in person at our studio.
• How far are you willing to travel?
  We will travel anywhere. The client pays travel costs out of the state of Indiana.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  Images are typically up on our website (protected by secure password) within 72 hours of the wedding. Proof prints are usually available two to three weeks after the wedding.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  We take a more custom crafted approach to photographing your wedding. We believe that your wedding day is about you not the photographer and we strive to make our presence seamless, and enjoyable. Our packages offer a high degree of value and flexibility, giving you the choice to decide what is best for you.
