  We endeavor to accomodate our clients so that they are fully satisfied. This information is outlined in detail in our photography contracts. If you have specific questions, please feel free to call and discuss them with us.

  We have both gone through professional training (apprenticeship, certification, and classroom training) and share a passion for photography!
• What are your rates?
  Our basic rates are listed in full detail on our website (www.freshphotography.ca). However, we would be happy to design a custom package if none of our current packages suit your needs.
• Do you require a deposit?
  We do not require a deposit to book portraits. But we do require that the package price be paid in full before the portraits are taken.

• Can I keep the negatives?
  We do not sell our negatives. Our photographs are copyrighted. However, we do offer non-copyrighted, digital proofs. Please call or email us for more information about this option.
• What is your photographic style?
  We prefer a candid photojournalistic look, but we often photograph in the traditional or formal-contemporary style.
• Do you provide black and white photography?
  We specialize in black & white photography!
• Do you use digital or film?

  We love to travel and are willing to go anywhere! (Travel expenses may apply, depending on the factors involved in each situation.)
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  The general turn-around time is 2-4 weeks.

  We pride ourselves on pictures that reflect your individual tastes and personality. Achieving this involves a variety of things: creative posing, a unique shooting location, innovative filming techniques, and adapting our shooting style to match your vision. We think of our personal style as fresh photojournalism which can be elegant, whimsical, or completely unconventional!

  We require 50% of the total package price at the time of your booking in order to secure your date. The remainder of the wedding fee must be paid no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
