• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We have no formal refund/satisfaction policy. If we ever had a complaint all reasonable effort would be made to rectify the situation.
• What are your hourly rates?
  Rates vary greatly, based on vehicle, day of week, number of hours, and what is going on in town.
• How much is the gratuity?
  Minimum gratuity is collected as all or part of the service fees. (20%) Drivers do not necessarily get the entire amount, and it is their minimum pay. Drivers compensation is exclusively by gratuity...
• What is included in the price?
  All vehicles go out with soft drink & Ice. Rock glasses/champagne glasses upon request. Wedding packages include red carpet and Just married signs as well. Excursions and Hummers may have scrolling electronic message signs, and/or karaoke as well.
• Do you provide snacks and beverages?
  All vehicle are sent out with soft drinks & Ice.
• How much is the deposit?
  We require a 50% deposit, as well as the signed contract.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  We have a 72 hour cancelation policy. During That time, you lose only the booking fee. If the reservation is within 2 weeks, refunds are not permitted.
• Are you insured?
  Yes, we carry over the minimum required insurance and are city permitted & inspected.
• Do you have wedding packages?
  Wedding Packsges include soft drinks & Ice, just married signs, scrolling signs on some vehicles, and red carpet. All upon request.
• What types of vehicles do you offer?
  We are the areas Exotic limousine source. We have the only stretch Lexus GS, the only Infiniti FX stretch, as well as the newest stretch Hummers, and Excursions. Of course we also have the standard Lincoln stretches as well.
• Is smoking permitted?
  Currently all our vehicles are NON SMOKING. While a few companies allow smoking, it seems that it is because the vehicles are aged and it is the only way to get preople in them.
• What makes you different from other limousine services?
  Our exotic limousines spweak for themselves. They have no compare.
