Russell's Heating & Cooling was founded in 1977, and is a family owned business. We serve all of Hampton Roads: Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Norfolk, Suffolk, Smithfield, Hampton, Suffolk, Yorktown, Williamsburg, Newport News.

Because of the unique value and high-quality service that comes with a Russell's maintenance plan we have over two thousand residential and commmercial customers that are currently enrolled, and we are always looking to make more happy customers!

Russell's offers both residential and commercial service, custom installations, & replacements. We are maintenance specialists!

• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  All of our residential services and new systems are backed up by our 365 Day Buy-Back Guarantee & our 365 Day Performance Guarantee. The simple explanation is this - if you aren't happy we will make it right or refund you your money. There are a few rules: Residential services only, must be purchased by owner/occupier, and must be paid for on time.
• What are your hourly rates?
  All of our residential work is "flat-rate", and we do not charge by the hour. All costs are known up front before we start the work. Our hourly rate for commercial is under $ 100 per hour.
• Do you provide free estimates?
  Yes, we provide free estimates for equipment replacements.
• Do you offer payment or financing plans?
  We have excellent financing available with several different companies. We also offer equipment leasing for commercial clients.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  We are fully insured. Bonding is not a usual practice in our business.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We are drug-free and our staff has many different credentials ranging from NATE certification to technicians and even salespeople that have earned their Master Tradesman license. As one of the most well-known HVAC companies in Tidewater we are blessed with a staff that has many different skills and certifications - plus our customers demand it!
