• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We have a one year labor warranty on all of our work.
• What types of flooring do you specialize in?
  Solid Hardwoods, Prefinished solid products, Engineered products, Laminate products and installation and finishing for all solid products.
• Do you provide free estimates?
  Yes we do.
• Do you offer payment or financing plans?
  At this time we do not.
• What are your hourly rates?
  We do not charge by the hour. Our rate is done either by the job or square foot price.
• What services are included in your rates?
  Our square foot price include the product and all the material to complete the job unless the customer provides the product. If customer provide the project the price would include the installation of the product and the refinishing if needed.
• Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
  Because of our Liability Insurance, they will not allow the customer to work on the job site during our work project they have hired us for.
• How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
  It is depending upon the product you pick and the size of the job. That is always discussed at the appointment for the free estimate.
• Are you bonded and insured?
  We are fully insured with Two Million dollars in General Liability Inusrance and Workmans's Comp Insurance. Upon request we can have the insurance company add your job as the additional inusred to our policy.
