• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  To date we've never been asked for a refund, and had no one who wasn't completely happy with our service. We will have to decide that on an individual basis.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I've been planning weddings for 30 years, and assisted with other event planning as well. I don't think you can do this for as many years as I have and not be considered a professional.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  19
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  I assist in choosing colors, and coordinating colors and designs. Table designs, floral arrangements, seating arrangements, assist with other professionals (ie. Photographers, Caterers, DJ's, Bakeries, Florists, etc), I also assist in finding the Venue, and anything else that needs to be done at the request of the client.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  That's a Long list. First choose a date and theme. Most things just flow from those two items.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  Only one's I've worked with before that I know will do a great job. I don't get anything from these professionals other than their good work, and the ability to please my clients.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Your better question would be can I afford NOT to have a bridal consultant? You let us know what you want, and we make sure it happens just like you want it. You get to enjoy the party, while we do the work.
• What are your rates?
  Rates are variable. Most prices depend on the amount of work needed for the event planned, and the amount of people attending.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  Experience, and design talent.
• What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
  Specialties are our bakery connectitons. We can get cakes designed like anything you want. If you can imagine it, we can find the bakery to make it (within the realm of reality).
• What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
  14 events, usually non-profit events. Usually had a lot of fun doing those. We've done things like an ice cream "funday" for the Make a Wish foundation, in Hawaii. Fire department equipment drive for a rural volunteer fire department in Cedar Creek Tx. Toy drive for the Toys for Tots, and fund raiser for Any Baby Can, in Austin, Tx.
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, a deposit of 1/2 of the projected costs is usually required. However, we have been known to work with our clients on a per job basis. Price varies.
