• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  We work hard to make sure that your event is managed professionaly to suit you. If there are any problems we address them immediately and solve the issue at that time or within a reasonable amount of time. If the issue cannot be resolved then the contract will be dissolved in writing and any services that have been provided at that time are payable. Pre-paid fees are refunded at 20% of fees pai
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We have over 10 years in event planning and coordinating. We are professionally trained in event management. Our consultants are certified annually and do take refresher courses to adjust to current trends.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  Over 42
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  Our wedding planning involves three phases. The first phase is pre-wedding planning, which includes, making appointments, selecting accessories, etc. The second phase is the wedding day, coordinating of all vendors, and managing guests. The third phase of our planning services is the post-wedding with sending off Thank You's and New Address Post Cards.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Pre-Wedding Planning: Selecting of All Requested & Required Persons and Items; Rehersals During Wedding: Smooth & Seamless management of vendors & guests After Wedding: Send Off for Honeymoon; Thank You's for services, and guests attending; New Home Address to family & friends; referral to legal assistance for name change if required.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  We work with a Network of over 250 professionals in the Southern California area alone to make your day, Your Day.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  The couples receive the kickback's: Personalized Service.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Our prices are very competitive and we work with ALL budgets.
• What are your rates?
  Reasonable, Negotiable, depending on your budget and event size and need of coordnating. Our flat fees vary.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  We take a genuine interest in not only the event but more importantly the bride and groom. Since most of our staff has gotten married all are personally aware of the potential feelings and anxieties on this day and we work hard to make this day for both parties comfortable and memorable.
• What services do you provide? What are your specialties?
  We provide complete planning, partnership planning (this is for those who want to have a hand on hte planning but want assistance from a professional), monthly planning and a la carte. The last two options are for individuals who are needing assistance during different stages of the planning.
• What is your experience? How many events have you planned and what type?
  We have 4 years experience in planning corporate events. We have planned well over fifteen events ranging from conventions and conferences to company picnics. We have assisted with the arrangements for travel to a specific conference and have assisted with management of a convention.
• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Our services are charged hourly for monthly consultations and a 2 hour minimum deposit is due. For complete planning services we charge a flat fee based on the work and planning to be done and how extensive the event will be. At the time of signing the agreement a 50% deposit is due.
