  Yes, we always make sure that all of our customers are satisfied.
• What cuisine(s) do you specialize in?
  We specialize in Classical American cuisine. All of our food is prepared on site. Some of our more popular dishes are Lump Crab Cakes, Chicken Francaise, Roasted Pork Loin, and Veal Saltimbuca.
• What is the average cost per person?
  We are one of the few high end caterers that still offers reasonable prices. Complete packages start at $61.95 p.p. and go up from there. Please call 856-767-6602 for a complete price list.
• Can we provide our own decorations?
  All of our Ballrooms are completely decorated. You may bring in Balloons, Favors, Banners, etc. Of course we will be glad to set them up for you.
