Our staff can provide everything needed for a destination wedding from the favors to planning to getting you down there. This also holds true for our corporate & special interest groups plus we have an onsite computer support & repair division. They can setup a network for your next international meeting site. We have planned golf outings to tennis touraments to local tours. Our agency is the only you need from start to finish with specialists in between to assist you will all your needs!

• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Our agency works closly with the tour operators that we offer to clients. Therefore we only use ones that we have trusted over the years. When a client purchases a vacation from them, they have certain rules to follow and/or purchase travel insurance. However to be honest none of this covers "Act(s) of God", this includes items such as weather related problems. So always read the fine print!
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  An agent for almost 21 years rising up the ranks at American Express and Carlson Wagonlit to VIP specialist and manager. About 7 years ago I bought an agency and turned it in to a leading vacation specialist with emphasis on destination weddings, honeymoons & groups. I hold certifications in Cruises, Dominican Republic, Germany, Fiji, Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico,St Lucia, Palace and Sandals Resorts.
• What services do you provide?
  We work with clients through all of their vacation, but what we will not do is send you unreasonable low fares to get you in the door. All of our rates are checked with the tour operators directly prior to any sending any quote. We take great pride in sending correct prices including taxes and no surprises.
• Where have you traveled to?
  I have been to so many places! My favorites are the Rivera Mayan area of Mexico, St Lucia, Argentina and Jamaica.

  Our clients love us because we are fair, honest and offer first hand personal service to vacation destinations worldwide. All of our consultants are specialists who have passed certification classes offer by the resorts and/or tourist boards then followed up with personal trips to the locations.   Our agency specializes in vacation destinations throughout the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and South Pacific plus cruises. So we have many options for you to choose from.

  All of our consultants are specialists who have passed certification classes offer by the resorts and/or tourist boards then followed up with personal trips to the locations. We mandate our consultants to attend conferences, pass certification training class and travel personally to the destinations and keep up-to-date on the destination. You might say we have been there and done that!
• What are your rates?
  Because we specialize only in vacation packages to the Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico and South Pacific we do not charge any additional fees on vacation planning. The only charge we have is booking within 60 days prior where we add on a $30 late fee to cover express mail charges.
• Why should we choose you for our travel needs?
  We believe in personalize service, always wanting to go that extra step. All of the staff can give you honest opinions because they have traveled there, experienced the destination and passed various tourist boards certifications.
• Are passports required for travel to the Caribbean?
  Depending upon what nationality you are you might need one, even a visa! As of March 2004 US Citizens are required to have passports to enter Barbadoes, otherwise photo ID and birth certificate is needed.

We offer a traveling travel agent program, a personalized program offering the client the flexiablity to have a professional meeting planner onsite.

• How do you charge for your services? Do you require a deposit?
  Once you confirm securing our services we do require a $500.00USD deposit to setup the special event. This deposit rolled into the final contract price and is nonrefundable.
• What services do you offer?
  We have many tools to help you like personal pictures, wedding pictures already held there, virtual reality tours and first hand information, to name a few. We will work with you from the start with the Save a Date invite to planning the pictures poses to flowers to locations to whatever you want! Our office takes great pride in personally working with wedding couples to create a beautiful day.
