• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Customer satisfaction policy: We make every effort to ensure our customers are satisfied. Communication is the key. Before we book a party we go through a consultation process. This process is designed to gather important details of your event. If we encounter an unforeseen unresolvable situation that is clearly our doing we are willing to refund up to the full amount.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  We have been in the entertainment business for 10 years. We have a clean record with the better business bureau.
• What are your hourly rates?
  Our hourly rates range between $100.00 and $400.00
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We typically require a 50% deposit Cancellations prior to 14 days in advance of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations inside 14 days but before 24 hours in advance of the schedule performance time will require a payment of 50% of the full performance fee (in addition to the deposit). Cancellations will not be accepted within 24 hours of the performance time.

  We have performed at 100's of events all over the tri-state area.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We customize each event to our clients desires.
• Do you take requests?
  Yes we have the ability to take requests. We have over 10,000 songs in our digital library.
• Can I provide my own music?
  You can provide your own music if you desire. We can discuss this during the consultation.
• Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
  We always carry back up equipment.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We can provide you with an MC/DJ or an MC and a DJ.
• What is your standard attire?
  Our attire is specific to the event. If we are performing at a wedding then typically a tuxedo is appropriate.
• Are you insured?
  We are currently insured through K&K event insurance.
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We are a full time DJ and Party Entertainment service. We are not weekend warriors. We take our business very seriously. Your satisfaction is our success.
• Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
  We carry over 10,000 songs in our digital library. This enables us to have many genre of music.
• Do you take requests?
  Yes our large library of music allows us to take requests.
• Can I provide my own music?
  We always ask our clients to fill out a song request sheet prior to the event. We then check it against our library. If we do not have a song in our library we will make every effort to get it.
• What is your standard attire?
  We dress according to the event.
• Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
  We can DJ as well as be the master of ceremonies. With larger events we prefer to have two separate performers so that each performer can concentrate on his/her job.

  We have performed at 100's of events all over CT, Mass, LI, NY, and NJ from samll house parties to large weddings and sweet 16's.
• How are you different from other disc jockeys?
  We are very professional from the first phone call to the time we clean up and go home. Every detail is important to us. We fully understand that our success is directly attached to your expectations being met.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our DJ's have grown in this industry because of a love for music, people, entertainment, and dancing. We love to see our clients smiling, dancing, and having a good ole time. Experience has taught us how to make this happen.
• Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
  We require a 50% deposit. We will refund the deposit if the event is canceled prior to 14 days of the event. Inside 14 days the deposit is for-fitted. A cancellation 24 hours before the event will require full payment.
