You And Your Fitness is Long Beach's premier, private training studio
whose trainers have over 25 years of combined experience helping clients
reach their goals. Each client's goals are unique, and so too their exercise
prescription should be tailored to their needs. Our workout studio is
relaxed, comfortable and fun. But most of all, our clients enjoy it's private
setting.

  I have been been certified as with the American Council on Exercise for 8 years.
• What is your educational background?
  I studied under Mike Henderson C.S.C.S. for two years.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  Every client is unique, as are their fitness goals. I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to fitness and goal achievement.
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  I train clients at TrafFit Training Studio in Long Beach, CA. I also train clients in the mountains, on the beach, etc...depending on what our plan calls for.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  No, the best exercises utilize your own body in funtional training patterns to get the best results.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  No plan is complete without a close nutritional examination and eating strategy.
