• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes, if I am not able to photograph your wedding you can be refunded your money or I can find you a new photographer. If I was to loss your images I would refund your money without any questions. Neither of these problems have ever to happened.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I have a four year degree at Rochester Institute of Technology.
• What packages do you offer? What are your rates?

• Do you require a deposit?
  Yes, I do require a deposit. I ask for half. This guaranties I will not take another wedding that day. It is not refundable if your wedding is canceled. If the date of your wedding changes and I have not lost any work then you will not be charged for another deposit. I know this sounds bad but I got burned pretty bad one time. Lastly payment is do sometime prior to the wedding.
• How many pictures do you take?
  Lots and Lots of pictures. More then you might want. I do edit and organize them for easy viewing
• Can I keep the negatives?
  Well, not the negatives but you do get all the images on a DVD. Sorry I don't shoot film anymore.
• How many weddings have you photographed?
  How many is hard to say. I have been photographing wedding for 8 years if that helps.

  I do love to travel and am open to travel anywhere. The price must be right. If your somewhere near the Twin Cities there will be no addition costs.
• How quickly will I receive my prints?
  I us a business called Pictage. They print all the images. I upload the images to them and they go on a website. You can go to the website and order prints the next day after I upload them. Usually they ship them out pretty quickly.
• What makes you different from other photographers?
  Oh tough question. I try to take great photo and keep your wedding going smoothly. I guess I try to stay out of the way and still be able to capture beautiful creative images.
