  Complete continued service maintenance for both types of termites after two years, unlike other companies who start from the first year.

  We offer a complete structural wood warranty for one year after work is complete. warranty can be renewed indefinatly as long as customer chooses to renew. This warranty includes wood replacement and re-treatment, meaning we will not only come and re-treat, but we will replace any infested woodmembers found after the treatment.
• If I do not see any termites can I skip a service?
  Of course not! Most of the wood members in the house are inaccessible.
