• Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
  Yes! We agree to provide you with the best possible service, and only want you to be "satisfied" as the bare minimum. If you continue to have problems after our visit, we will return to your home to service any active pest infestation included in the contract for no extra charge. After three months, if you are not completely satisfied with our service, we will promptly refund your money.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Piedmont Pest has earned the Quality Pro™ designation which is the National Pest Management Association’s mark of excellence. We were the first of seven companies to become Quality Pro School™ certified in South Carolina and are also certified as a QualityPro Green™ company. We employ two of SC's Master Pest Control Technicians and five of SC's Master Termite Technicians.
• What are your rates?
  Our rates vary by the type of service needed, but our customers tell us we’re the best value around.
• Do you offer a service maintenance agreement?
  Yes! Many of our customers have regular service maintenance agreements to keep their homes pest free. What makes us different is that we do not require you to commit to a “contract” for this type of program. We can maintain regular service for as long (or as short) as you would like.
• What is your standard warranty? Do you offer any guarantees?
  Just about every service we have comes with a guarantee. The warranties vary depending on the type of service. For example, most ant treatments have a warranty that lasts a few months while a termite treatment warranty is often for many years.
• If I have a pest problem after you provide treatment, will you come back?
  We certainly want to do what we say. Our general pest control service is usually guaranteed for 90 days after the initial service. We ask that you give the service time to be effective. If you are still experiencing problems after the initial time period, we will come back free of charge.
• If I do not see any pests can I skip a service?
  Yes, you have the flexibility and freedom to skip a service at any time. But, if you are enjoying pest free living, the best way to keep that enjoyable feeling in your life is to maintain continuous service.
• How long are your service visits?
  Most visits are approximately 30-35 minutes.
• How long do treatments last?
  This depends on the service and the target pest. Based on these things, treatments can last from a matter of weeks to several years.
• Is treatment harmful to pets?
  It is extremely unlikely that a pet would have enough contact with treatment materials to cause harm. However, it is the best practice to use caution and to always use a reputable pest management company (like Piedmont Pest!). We take extreme care and use responsible solutions so that you can sleep worry-free at night.
• How soon can I water after your visit?
  As soon as you like. Only on rare occasions is a pest control service affected by rain or watering your lawn.
• Are you insured?
  Absolutely. In fact, you can’t get a business license in South Carolina without meeting minimal financial responsibility criteria. We maintain maximum limits.
