  We are committed to customer satisfaction and will do everything we possibly can to make sure that the services that are provided are to their satisfaction.
• Do you deliver?
  Yes.
• What is your delivery fee?
  No delivery fee if coordinating services are included.
• What are your standard prices?
  Range from $45-$150 per bouquet; $8.50 - $12.50 per boutonniere; $17 - $39 per corsage; $10 - $89 per table arrangement; $25 - $100 per altar arrangement.
• What makes you different from other florists?
  Only the freshest flowers are used and the arrangements are made with this timeframe in mind. No flowers are arranged and then refrigerated if they cannot last for through the reception and beyond.
• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  Certifications: Supervisory & Management; Training & Development; and PHR.
• How many weddings have you planned?
  I have planned and coordinated over 30 weddings myself, this does not include the experience of other staff.
• How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
  Planning begins with research and research requires plenty of time. Much of this research has already been done by us and we will be able to give you choices that you may not have known.
• Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
  Before: Meeting for an initial consultation to decide how much of the planning you would like us to do. During: one coordinator is with the bride & groom to cater to their needs, while the other is keeping it on schedule. After: Relax and enjoy the honeymoon, then write thank you notes that we have prepared for you.
• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals?
  I do have wedding professionals that I have used and will continue to recommend based on their past performance. If I do not have specific knowledge of their work, I will give you the option to take a chance on them based on reputation only.
• Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
  No. The only kickback is that they rely on us to give them repeat business.
• Can I afford a bridal consultant?
  Can you afford to have the peace of mind to know that there is no need to worry about any of the details, the planner/coordinator will think of it all and provide you with whatever you need.
• What are your rates?
  Rates can vary depending on the services that you are requesting. Generally 10% of the cost of the wedding, or if you prefer a flat rate per item can be arranged.
• What makes you different from other bridal consultants/wedding planners?
  I believe that weddings are for the bride and groom and I try to fulfill their wishes. I do not try to plan according to my personal taste, but to yours. Also, I am very flexible with my time and I will give as much time as it takes to accomplish a task, no matter what the financial gain or loss.
