Business Description

We are a private personal training firm providing in-studio and in-home fitness training. We have a studio in Wilmette, where clients work with their trainers by appointment only. We have 17 trainer associates, a massage therapist, a dietitian and a Yoga instructor. We specialize in functional training which strengthens, conditions and optimizes the body's ability to perform daily activities or prepare for sports participation.
All our trainers are nationally-certified. We have both male and female trainers who are mature, experienced professionals and they know how to get results.

• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  All of our trainers are certified by nationally-recognized organizations (American Council on Exercise, National Academy of Sports Medicine, American College of Sports Medicine), some have advanced education in exercise physiology. All are trained in CPR.
• What approach do you take with your clients?
  We perform a very comprehensive body assessment before the first workout. An exercise plan is developed to address the issues that were identified in the assessment; in this way, each client has a customized exercise program, which changes as progress is made toward reaching pre-determined fitness goals .
• Where do you train your clients? Do you train clients in their own home?
  We train clients in their homes or at our studio in Wilmette.
• Do I need a home gym in order to train at home?
  Your trainer can bring some basic workout equipment to your home in the beginning. As you progress, you may want to invest in free weights, a bench, and a mat; a home gym is not really necessary to get a good workout in your home.
• Do you provide dietary advice?
  We have a registered dietitian who can assist you in developing a realistic eating plan. Our trainers can give you basic dietary guidelines.
• What are your rates?
  The In-Home rate is $90-105/hr. depending on location. Studio rates are $82/hr.
• Do you provide any guarantees on results?
  Results vary from person to person;however, if a client follows the advice of the trainer, results can be guaranteed. This includes regular cardio, weight training and proper nutrition.
• What makes you different from other fitness trainers?
  We are a group of mature, experienced personal trainers. We know how to customize a workout experience to fit the client's personality, body type, and fitness goals.
