  In all my years I have yet to have a customer unsatisfied with my work. I am sure you will be very pleased with your home inspection.

• What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
  I am a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) I have passed NACHI’s Inspector Examination. I have completed NACHI’s Code of Ethics Course. I have taken NACHI’s Standards of Practice Exam. I abide by NACHI’s Code of Ethics. I follow NACHI’s Standard of Practice. I fulfill a minimum of 24 hours of continuing education every year.
• Are you a member of the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors)?
  I am a member of NACHI the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. The association has the toughest requirements of all home inspection associations and provides the best support to inspectors AND thier cusomers.
• Will I have to be there during the inspection?
  I strongly encourage all of my clients to accompany me during the home inspection. However I am happy to perform the inspection without you and provide plenty of pictures of any areas of concern I might find.
• Is hiring a home inspector worth it?
  Buying a new home is probably the biggest investment you will ever make. It is a decision that will affect you for years to come. The process can be extremely stressful and confusing. And of course, there is always considerable risk involved when making such a large purchase decision.
